About the role
Our designers branch and PR like engineers. You'll lead UX on one client at a time and ship a design system that engineering actually uses.

What you'll do
Drive UX research, IA, and high-fidelity design
Build the design system (tokens + components)
Pair with engineers on implementation
Run small, opinionated user studies
What you need
6+ years of product design experience
Strong systems thinking and Figma craft
Have shipped at least one large product end-to-end
Comfortable in the engineering side of design (tokens, Storybook)
Nice to have
Motion work (Lottie / Rive)
Frontend code (you don't need to ship it)
Brand work
