Lead frontend on a client pod building production web apps end-to-end.
About the role
You'll join a 4–6 person pod, own the frontend, and pair with a backend engineer and a designer. We ship in two-week slices; every PR you write goes to production within a week.

What you'll do
Own the frontend architecture for one client at a time
Pair with design on Figma → code, and with backend on the API contract
Carry the on-call pager during launch quarters
Mentor one mid engineer on your pod
What you need
5+ years shipping React in production
Strong TypeScript and a real opinion about state management
Comfortable in Next.js App Router and React Server Components
Have shipped at least one app with > 100k DAU
Nice to have
Tailwind and design-system experience
Mobile experience (RN / Expo)
