One real-time inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger — 2,500+ teams across 150+ countries.
The challenge
Support teams were running customer conversations across three separate consumer apps with no shared history, no ownership and no way to measure response time. Every channel was a different tab and a different person's phone.
What we built
Outcomes
How we shipped it
One inbox, three networks
Each network has its own message model, delivery semantics and rate limits. They are normalised into a single conversation record so assignment, internal notes and access control work identically no matter which app the customer used.
The no-code bot
Most inbound volume is the same handful of questions. A visual builder lets the team answer those without an engineer — FAQ handling and lead qualification are configured by the support lead, and anything the bot cannot resolve routes to a human with the full thread attached.
Fifty integrations, one contract
Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and the rest sit behind one REST API and webhook layer rather than fifty bespoke connectors, which is what makes the integration count grow without the maintenance cost growing with it.
