Six ERP modules on one multi-tenant data model, built as a product rather than a project.
The challenge
Mid-market businesses end up with finance in one system, stock in another and HR in a spreadsheet. The ones that try a full ERP get a deployment priced and scoped for an enterprise.
What we built
Outcomes
How we shipped it
Module architecture first
Finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, sales and inventory were designed as modules against a shared data model rather than as separate apps bolted together, which is what keeps stock movements and ledger entries in agreement.
Built as a product
RoboERP is self-initiated — it is not a client build that was later resold. That changes the defaults: configuration over customisation, and upgrades that do not require a per-customer migration.
Multi-tenant from day one
Tenancy was designed in at the data-model stage. Retrofitting it into an ERP after the ledger exists is the kind of migration that takes longer than the original build.
